I just watched the video on worldlink TV. Perez had a yelling outburst, and the moderator refused to let the Turkish PM speak. After he tried to speak and the crowd applauded, the moderator allowed him one minute then cut him off. It was then he left the stage. I think anyone else would have done the same thing.
