Isn't there an ammendment, where the people can take back their Country?

I remember long ago,that there was an ammendment in the Constitution where the people can take back their Country...if the offices of the people are not for their best interest.

So where is it?

I was just trying to brush up on the Ammendments and what civil Liberties we have and can't find it for the life of me.

Was this taken out too, under our nose?

I noticed the search and seizures are still there etc...but I was just looking for the BIG ONE,if you know what I mean?

Is it still there? I just couldn't find it under wiki...

Can someone post that here for observation?
