Well, he is a politician but I can't tell if he is lying about the no-pork or if he actually believes what he is saying.

He can't possibly believe that the rest of us are so stupid as to think that a bill this large in pages and in money would not contain money for all manner of foolishness.

I am disappointed to say the least. I was hoping for better than this huge spending bill that is not going to fix the credit problems or the job problems.

I am not surprised that the Congress and the Senate has loaded up his proposal and increased it from 720 billion to over 900 and now down to 800-ish. It is what they do to everything because they just don't get that it is real money that is going to come out of our pockets and paychecks for decades to come.
