I am in the UK and had a very obvious tail and even a scary phone call. Took me a while to work out why but I did eventually. I'd been the personal referee for someone who got a job at GCHQ who needed fairly high clearance.

They come to your house and ask about their finance, spending habits, sex ife, drinking habits etc.

This was 8 years ago but they still work there and I have been sending them links to "The end game" and other stuff.
