Let's keep in mind that Bobby was reading a GOP written script, and was obviously choreographed on how to handle himself and demeanor in front of the camera. Anyone who has seen Bobby speak prior to the response knows what I'm talking about. The dude is usually very confident and speaks much faster. The GOP did him a disservice.
