Magnetosphere is flat-lining - What does this mean?
Look!
[link to www2.nict.go.jp]

In the last few hours the magnetosphere has dropped in strength greater then I have ever seen.

Plasma Temp and Densities also going zero.

What is this?

Poor people do poor people things, and rich people do rich people things.

You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.

What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.

The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it!

when you rob Paul to give to Peter ... ... ... you will always get Peters support!

it's been weakened by all the blasts it's taken past few months. prob. going to collapse for a short time, that looks to be the plan.

But if it is coming from the South, wouldn't the Earth shield the Northern Hemisphere? From the direct energy wave that is. i know there is no shielding any energy input into Earths Ionosphere.

Mass Death in the southern hemisphere. Hopefully not, for our Australian friends. God Bless if this turns out as I fear it might.

Hmmm, interesting days we are a living.

What is the general theory of what would happen to us surface dwellers in the event of a magnetic field collapse?

Of course, the field can not completely collapse, there will always be a residual field from the mass of Earth. It may not be charged from the internal dynamo of Earths core but there will always be some magnetic field.

I'm hoping it is enough to allow life to continue.

Anyone have detailed info on what would happen during a Magnetic Field Collapse?

I believe it will effect our satelite communications...no more wireless internet, phones, etc.

My concern is if this weakness could result in a polar shift? Or is it even related?

Re: Magnetosphere is flat-lining - What does this mean?
we may be very close to magentic reversal or displacement of the core - the result may be increased volcanic actiivity and in turn new iceage, it's high time for that

this guy here: www.iceagenow.com wrote a book called Magnetic reversals... he may be on to something there,

also Earth's magnetosphere is obviously tied to sun's actrivity, which currently is very low, perhaps even the lowest in recorded history, because in the past it was probably impossible to notice and record most of the sunspots which have been appearing recently

We are in the beginning of a new solar cycle. Takes a while for the sun to get going. Sun spots should be at a max in 2011 or 2012.

THE WAVE THAT HIT THE EARTH MOST LIKELY ORIGINATES FROM AN UNKNOWN BODY THAT IS APPROACHING FROM THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE SUN.THIS IS WHY THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE SUN IS FULL OF SUNSPOTS. THE WAVE THAT HIT US ORIGINATED FROM THIS OBJECT.

THE QUESTION REMAINS..WHAT IS THIS OBJECT???WHAT IS ITS MAKEUP???? AND WHAT IS TO COME?????

Some strengthening seen, but not very much.

Either this is just a temporary event or the impacting wave is imminent.

from what i have noticed the past few months, and has gotten more intense with time, is about 36 hrs after the shield takes a hit, it gets very cold and very windy here. the severe storms around the planet seem to follow this pattern as well. and when it happens, i expect the power to go off, like an emp bomb was detonated. after the shield is finally breached for the final time, it will be left alone and will go back to pretty much normal, i don't think it will take a real long time, it's pretty determined and rugged from what i have seen the past few months. i'm dragging my kerosene heater out of the shed today and getting ready...
