How do you attach sound/music to a Jpg picture??
Any ideas?? Or do i have to save the picture under a different format? I just want sound to accompany the picture when the pic is opened up.

I think that only works when browsing for pictures in your camera.

you can not do this. totally not possible. you would need to do it another way, like setting ap an html page, with the photo and have a separate sound file, or through the use of flash, which is not something that you can learn in five minutes...

it would also be good if you explain where you need to do this, on your computer only,or to send to someone...
but, as i mentioned about, the way you asked is not possible.

No, to email to people. I just thought thee would be something similar to what you can do when you text a picture to someone and it's very simple to attach music/sounds to the picture for when they open it. I guess with today's technology they can't make something simple like this for a stupid computer. Go figure.

Flash? or a movie with just a still picture?

You can create slideshows that have music, no reason why you couldn't have just a single image.

Maybe there are other ways but I can't think of any.

its a jpeg file, its not supposed to hold music, there are other formats, you can easliy do what you want in windows movie maker, but you will end up sending your friends a rather large file to their email

No, i just made a motivational poster out of a photo/ JPEG image but i see no where in the editing to add sound or music. I know you can add it on Powerpoint but this is just ONE image and not a slide show.

Adobe just came out with new Photoshop program and you can add music.
I have a mac but you should be able to get in windows. It's free!

Do it with Powerpoint. Click on insert, Audio, find the MP3 file, double click the file. Then you can move it to a corner of the slide. Then insert, Picture into the same slide. Once the audio is inserted, hover you cursor over the speaker then click the small arrow.

There are apps like speakfoto and others that you can use with your smart phone where you can take a picture an then add sound to it. I been trying to find a simple program that I can use in my computer with individual pictures but, so far no luck.
