I've already done a little research on the subject.

I want second opinions.

A Lightworker is a soul who has chosen to incarnate at this time to help expand the vibration of loving and light on this planet. Lightworkers often do not know their destiny right away. In most it is latent and awakens after life-changing events.Lightworkers share a special connection with the Beings of Light who reside in the realms of Spirit. For each Lightworker there is a Chorus of Light on the other side helping them with their mission. Many Lightworkers have had challenging journey’s prior to their awakening. This is not due to a punitive nature; instead it is designed so that they can burn through energetic residue for themselves and others. It is by moving through Shadow experiences that many Lightworkers find their compassion, empathy and loving nature.

From what I've gathered, lightworkers work towards the greater good of humanity as a collective whole.

Darkworkers, on the other hand, work within and of themselves, and have no regard for others around them.

Is this correct?

I am a darkworker and make it my mission in life to use my energies to make sure that the doom happens promptly! It is true that the lightworkers and darkworkers have a war going on but the lightworkers are far outnumbered, they have no chance of preventing the doom!

yes thats correct.they are opposing forces..then there are the neutral workers...they are neither all light or all dark but a mixture of the two..uncommitted observers....

That is what I strive for.

In a world of absolutes, a "middle ground" is often ignored. This dichotomy appears to be a means to drive a wedge between all people... but not is all as it seems, it appears.

The Hegelian dialectic... thesis, antithesis, synthesis. It is a means to conquer all by manipulating the extreme channels into a "war" with one another... with the intention to dominate both.

I think of it like a single person playing both sides of a chess board. It matters not which side ultimately loses, because the player still always wins.

this is the majority of the populus..."the sheep" many like to call them...uncomitted and content to only watch the battles between light and dark, ocassionally joining in on one side or the other, if they themselves are wronged or affected....but never comitting to anything, really.

It's true that the "middle ground" is uncommitted to either side... but are you sure that the some among those in the "middle ground" are merely watching?

Are you sure that some among them are not, indeed, manipulating both sides for their own goals?

This is the question many fail to ask themselves, it seems.

Indeed, there are two sides of a coin. But few ever consider that the coin has an "edge".

as I said some join one side or the other when it seems important enough to them...if it is a question of manipulation, then that leans towards the dark, as using anyone to further ones agenda is not respecting their free will....FREE WILL is universal law which MUST be honoured even by the darkest of the dark...

Indeed, there are many different shades of "light" and "dark"... which tells me that it is more than just a struggle between two sides, but between all people... both within themselves, and without.

A highly complex and multifaceted concept... very fascinating stuff.

Hi cynical mind, Ill explain my perception

A lightworker is a man who recongize him/her self for what he is, we are all workers of energy frequancys which people call light, the conflict comes from trying to ballance the light within, betwenn mind, body, spirit. The main conflict is between the body and the spirit, this is the hidden war, its the fleash or beast carnal urges ect and its control on the mind which is considered darkness, or darklight, the spirit or soul is sometimes hard to hear because of the grip the darkness has on the mind. In most case's the mind has became a slave to the body, when peace and harmony errupts it is an equal balance of the two sides of body and spirit working together with the mind. The mind then becomes a tool and works with harmony with body and spirit and not against each other.

Lightworker work towards awareness, to be able to work with light more efficently, all colours of light when worked together creates an unbreakable thread some people call this light the Holy spirit.

A darkworker works with the body and the energys related to the body, eg lust, envy ect.

So working along these line I would go on to say

The son of man and the son of god, is the son of the fleash and the son of the spirit, one who is master of both and whos spirit, body , and mind are working togerter as one and in harmony.

I think its possible that once this war is over in an individual he will be able to use himself as an example as a pattern to follow, he would then have to engage in the world, by doing this everything he touches should balance out thus setting the example.

Oh dear.. back to the drawing board for you..

Until very recently used to answer yes to all of this. Now I know that it is all a bunch of crap, and we're just deluding ourselves into feeling special. We are all nothing more than meat. It sucks - but that's the way it is.

There is no light vs dark or good vs evil, there is just light. This duality is the biggest lie that has ever been played on humanity, because it is based upon the flawed assumption that we are in competition, it's a genetic trick if you will, to make us compete in human form, while actually being part of a greater spiritual whole.

I highly recommend reading the Tibeten Book Of The Dead, it is one of the most true accounts of awakening and reincarnation. We are all part of a greater whole. We will be transitioning soon, and when we do the veil will be lifted and we will transition to the 8th age, or the age of Aquarius as it's sometimes called.
