Strange chest pain...

Do you sense pain down your left arm?

Not really "pain"... but a little discomfort perhaps on the backside of my left bicep. It comes and goes in waves... kind of co-occurring with the "stabbing" pain.

Could it simply be indigestion or heart burn?

No, I don't think so... I don't have gas or anything, nor do I have heartburn (I tend to get acid reflux from time to time, so I know what it feels like).

I'm trying not to bug out too much about it. I used to have panic attacks when I was young, so I'm trying to keep a cool head about it.

Odd that you ask this because I woke up feeling the same. Not so much in the arm, perhaps more around the shoulder area, but certainly above the left nipple area like a stabbing ache.

I'm putting it down to strain atm. I've changed a few things in how I do my work and wonder if i'm using muscles i'm not used to.

Please don't die on GLP...... that would be too weird.

I was not getting enough oxygen.

PS: I am all for naturopathic remedies. I have used natural methods for healing for many, many years.

But ... there are times when md's and hospitals are the right answer.

Yes, go to a hospital. Better safe than sorry. Oh and if you start to sweat, especially on your face, then call 911 pronto. That's a heart attack. Even at age 24.
