Hmm... I think that the southern one is a satellite error. These are compound images. The cutoff is just too precise for it to be real. Too much of a straight line.

That nothern front moving in on Europe, on the other hand... that looks BAD.

Looks like image tearing.

eithers its a bug (most probable concern) or there is another light source out there!

I´d go with bug
