what this most probably was, was a briefing by fema to see how police departments would handle things given lousy news.

I believe it.. i have seen FEMA people at our local police station as well.

Even had a lady at the health department tell me what FEMA emergency plans for my town are...she told me FEMA makes bi-monthly visits to check on their preparedness..

I believe that what these people are saying is the truth. It makes perfect sense. Think about it China now has imminent domain, they own us. The smart thing for everyone to do is form communities in the hills near a water source, plant gardens with heirloom seeds and take care of each other.

I also agree with the warning aspect, just how many warnings do we have left? Wake up people, even if this doesn't happen what would it hurt to be completely prepared? Be self sufficient? Something to think about...
