imo, There will be a precipitating 'event' that will begin it ~ think: border flare-up, medical 'flu' contagion, assorted military ops (false flag or otherwise) such as nukes, bombs, planes flying into buildings, etc. and of course, rioting on a large scale in any metro area.
The more 'monumental' the event the bigger the response but even if small, it will spread ` most likely cities first. Again, imo, the people just won't get so pissed off to start it ~ most are like sheep, afterall. It will BEGIN with something else.
Just sayin'...
