Annoying Neighbours

How is it that neighbours get to be so annoying ?

Some neighbour... 3 or 4 houses away decide to go out
and leave their dog in the garden to bark non stop
for 4 hours.....

Summer arrives... great to spend time in the garden...
but one neighbour has their radio blaring pop music as
they sunbathe.....

We put out no aggrvation but we are getting imposed
upon .... usually noisewise.... from every direction

Neighbours are just so annoying... and end up ruining our
enjoyment of the summer
