for those who do choose to smoke tobacco
and for those who do choose to smoke tobacco... consider this, and i smoke tobacco

when a smoke is inhaled, (first hand) (controversial and not goin there), then exhales, this is the secondhand smoke... then, the buildup of this second hand smoke, in confined areas, is then building up if not having proper ventilation, and then, it is reinhaled.... continually

math

x = hoursSmoking X theAmountOfCigarettes X rateOfBreathing;
run X;

answer, bad news, bad health...

solution, smoke outside, the walk and or fresh air is good, and also, i have noticed after doing this, i smoke less and save money

and now for this

when tobacco is grown naturally, plant the seed, water, it grows, the harvest, and dry...

no chemicals in any point in the above line

or

when tobacco is grown commercially, plant the seed, water with fertilizers, harvest, spray with sugar to improve the cure ratio fact and flavour and dry (does it dry?)

well... i myself prefer the natural tobacco, milder 'cravings' that when busy enough to have the time for a smoke, not so bad, the cravings are less intense

when i smoke the commercial stuff, big cravings, seems to me, smoking sugar backy, eating sugar in like every processed food imaginable,(some are unimaginable imo)... and.... drinking sugar sodas and all the rest, no wonder i was so sick and crazy, now, i rarely even buy sugar, except for the guests who use it... i love chocolate, yet i have to avoid it....

well... prove me wrong if you can, and, while those of you canada still can, try and support the American Spirit tobacco folks, yeh, i am not mass advertising this so go away with that, this operation is in new mexico, natives down there are growing it their traditional ways, our 'old'school'..,. and selling it

tobacco seed is planted, grown, harvested and carefully processed... and ZERO chemicals

i know this to be true, cause i still can buy the smokes in cig form not pouch, and this new picture scare trick,(here in Canada) which is never gonna work (imo) has made for bad business with American Spirit... crapola again, everythime the little folk get a wee break, they happen to 'change' something and no more for you, access denied, when will the madness stop?

maybe, enough people asking for this pouch tobacco they will bring it back...

I quit 98 days ago and it is one of the best decisions I ever made. It has changed my life and my outlook on life for the better. It wasn't even as hard as I thought it would be. I wanted to quit every day that I smoked and finally I made it!

it's a step at least..I smoke quite a bit less now since I've moved over to a more natural cig.

Im an alcoholic also. This I MUST give up.

one step at a time.

niacin, or vitamin B3... this is the nicotine molecule, with the outer most free electron (one) removed... this has been shown to help overcome the effects of alcohol... helps to restore brain function after a nasty adrenalin rush, if this adrenalin cannot metabolize properly, it then can oxidize into adrenochrome, the effects being similar to schizophrenic hallucinations...

as well... the founder of A.A., Bill W. had met with the canadian psychiatrist. Dr A Hoffer... Dr Hoffer was the one to show Bill W the benefits of niacin in overcoming the effects of hardcore alcoholism...

alas, tptb must have infected A.A. as well... they do infect every group it seems, hopefully not every group etc.... ;)

as, this is not talked about much and the info is hard to find... i can supply this one website

www.doctoryourself.com

and this, (presto! i have not seen this, watching now :) )

This might sound like a stupid question, but when you say "natural" tobacco, is that the stuff sold in pouches alongside packs of smokes? Or is that stuff the same, just unrolled?

Re: for those who do choose to smoke tobacco
also, on niacin

there are two kinds

flush, and non-flush

the flush, causes a neat warming sensation, as all the blood vessels and arteries and capillaries are expanded... hence the warming... i first read about the good doc hoffer a few years ago now... at the time, i had read that during the eighties and beyond the 'medical establishment' was hitting hard against the nutritional and vitamin groups

ortho-molecular medicine, mega vitamins and what not

these are available in two forms

chemical source

or

natural source

myself, i choose natural sourced vitamins, cause my body is not supposed to take chemicals, former 'rock material'... after mining and processing

eat well, live well...

metaphysics - whatever you take in, on any level, affects you on that level... be it subconsciously, consciously and or physically... balance these, get in tune with your psyche (scientific term), or whatever you believe you have inside you, if you believe there is something in you that makes you who you are...

on the microscopic view, every body is unique, according to DNA

research terms related to this

fluoride (chemicals)
Codex (after the vitamins again)(still)

and then the dr hoffer video.. he is not well liked nor known by many... he goes after the problem causing the illness, not giving band-aids for the symptoms..

last i heard... he is 90+ and living in Victoria BC
and now he has others doing this, in Vancouver BC... there are a few ortho-molecular doctors and psychiatrists now and

as well, naturopath doctors can help with finding food sensitivity issues... a lot of people have wheat intolerance and dairy as well...

wheat molecule has changed too many times for the body to be able to keep up with, in my 42 years they have changed it several times, GMO, is this old way of interbreeding literally on steroids... the human body is like that of nature, too mnay sudden changes, and things are never the same... we are what we eat

and eating foreign molecules and or other chemicals is not so desirable...

Thanks for your answer. I always wondered about it because the pouch tobacco like Midland and Drum (i am in Australia) carry the same warnings as the packs of smokes.

of course it has a warning. IT's the law. Tobacco is a Carcinogen, and even without all the additional chemicals added..will still cause cancer at some point in certain people.

they just gotta put that on anything being sold with Tabacca.

I unfortunatly still smog out....Never in a non-smokers house unless it is out on the patio or something, never in a restaurant (I can wait till Im done), and never in a car without my window cracked and the fan on just enought to push it right out the window...
Im down to 9 smogs a day and thats probably about as good as I will ever get chuckle
I try my best to not offend or poison a non smoker especially since most of em' are ex smokers anyways and are probably jonesing like a dogs anyway LOL

First Quit your alcohol! Then go to NA to deal with your addiction problem and notice the smokers there.
I go to 12 step meetings where people claim to be clean and sober even though still in active nicotine addiction.
Nicotine is a tougher addiction to quit than heroin/crack/coke/ice. Notice at those 12 step meetings how many old-timers have to go out for a smoke during a meeting?

Quit one addiction per year.

Bill W had emphesema when he caught the respiratory infection that he officially died from.
