Moises Gomez is charged with two counts of residential burglary with sexual motivation and one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes. He allegedly broke into two Clarkston apartments. Police say he was touching himself with a young girl’s bra in one of those apartments when he was discovered by the residents. Gomez appeared via video in Asotin County Superior Court Monday morning. Judge William Acey set a May 18 pretrial hearing and a two-day trial is set to begin May 28. [ link to www.klewtv.com] |
