Fucking unbelievable. I've been checking into berdan to boxer conversion....I realize that even the berdan stuff is sky high, there seems to be at least some availability, compared to the boxer primed stuff... This won't help the powder and boolit situation, but one must do what they can to cope! [link to parallaxscurioandrelicfirearmsforums.yuku.com] |

I thought we had closed the base and put the airport where the base used to be- is that right ? ( I moved 10ish yrs ago and recently came back). I keep seeing those double helicopter things flying out kinda sorta to the airport. I live between Vargas, Riverside, and Montopolis ( yes, all three).. I was just curious if I was seeing anything out of the ordinary. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "....So I told my Mom I was a prostitute because I didn't want her to know I was HERE doing This Shit !!! " by NANCY REED ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am a kind of paranoiac in reverse. I suspect people of plotting to make me happy.- JD Salinger |

If you are referring to the old airport they used to have some National Guard Helicopters there don't know if they still fly outta there or not. If you could do 10 of these an hour, it suddenly becomes worthwhile....It definitely is worthwhile for the .50 bmg...glad I kept the brass.. Necessity is the mother of invention. We'll figure things out to keep shooting... |

They used to have a guard contingent at that airport. Don't know if they still do. Yeah still have the pines out here, I cut all the ones down on my land except maybe 5 or so. Used to have about 70 of them. Every drought the pine beetle would get some got tired of messin' with it so I sawed em all down. Much beer ensued burning them. ;>) email... malu User ID: 593162 United States 04/09/2009 09:41 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | On the whole, the current situation seems to favor those moving into the AK-74 realm. AK-74 kits were $495, receiver flats were $12, transferable receivers were $60 and the ammo was $300 per 1,300 rds (in sealed tins). There never seems to be much competition for that ammo. I am thinking about getting a 5.45mm AK. good stuff right there i can't believe i missed another knob creek, dammit, pretty sad about the ammo, i was kind of holding out for that info "By way of deception, thou shalt do war."
