The enumerated rights in the US Constitution are considered to be inalienable (in•al•ien•a•ble - That cannot be transferred to another or others: inalienable rights). The Founding Fathers to the 2nd Amendment included what is known as a “NON INFRINGMENT CLAUSE” thusly removing the ability of the Government to even consider converting a natural right into a privilege like driving or fishing. All laws written that in any way convert a Right into a privilege are against the constitution.

The Government could burn the US Constitution and regardless our preexisting natural rights will always remain since no paper or law of man can embody the spirit and nature of our Rights given to us by our creator. Our government officials take an oath of office that go something like…

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."

For Nancy and the rest to finger the eye of the nation as a whole by attempting to insulate themselves with numerous laws, rules and regulations that at a minimum convert Rights into Grants is simply TREASON. They must be reigned in and the worst ones need at least to be IMPEACHED. Naturally, they are going to protect each other so the right thing for us to do now is clean house in DC and this way the average person can then take a turn in what is only a part time job at best running the country.

I think they've always been there, but their existence is currently being engineered to make it seem like the rise in post-election gun purchases correlates to a rise in violence, by the MSM and guttersnipes like Nanny Pelosi.

every one of the was Registerd to me at one time , befor I sold them.

One Bill HR45 is poised if passed to charge all gun owners a reoccurring fee to register any gun like your car. It requires that you take a written test, etc. otherwise your guns would have to be turned in. For instance if you had a collection of 100 Colt .45's you would have to pay $25.00 per gun every 2 years so you would have to pay $2500.00 or be forced to turn in your guns.

If you have ever been treated for depression or have been prescribed any anti-depressants then you lose your 2nd Amendment rights to the Attorney General. If you have ever had a misdemeanor charge you will also lose your 2nd Amendment right along with the felons and the mentally ill. If you are on the "No Fly List" then you are on the "No Gun List"

What we are talking about is a change in our government that looks like Communism and smells like a dictatorship. All gun laws infringe upon our 2nd Amendment natural right but now politicians want to create a Federal gun license and force a yearly or bi-annually collected registration fee for each and every gun you have in your possession.

2 states so far have decreed that by 2010 or 11 all ammunition must be serialized and accounted for. NJ has banned any arm .50 cal or greater (no Barret rifles here). More legislation is on the way and there is no end to it! That is what we are talking about.

seen it coming years ago,now it seems a push is on,
even here in Canada gun crime is in the news more,
i predict before the year is out,they will want our guns

Imagine that they want to reinstate the assault weapon ban that gun owners were forced to endure for 10 years. Now that many were able to get back to square one the Gov is intent on MORE INFRINGMENT. They want to force existing gun owners to pay a "FEE PER GUN" otherwise forfeit their property and possibly go to jail. INFRINGMENT!
