Sure! But then you must aim for the south and southeast. These regions have a pretty good infraestructere. You should know that Brazil is a "car country". So much that we have huge traffic jams in almost every big city. 
Argentina?
Best country in South America with nicest roads and highway system, Free-ways? & Inter-States?
Not so important but all around ability to travel with a nice car on nicely paved roads and highways is.
