These "aliens" known as the Drudge, start off their invasion by starting a disease spread (Known as "The Bug" in Washington DC. In the following days, most of the staff at government offices decides not to show up to work in hopes of not catching "The Bug". While everyone is away from work, several "Missing Persons" cases start to arise. Soon, a terrorist attack on the Washington monument leaves it crippled. The attack was carried out by someone who had stolen the I.D. cards of a security officer who had contracted "The Bug". After that, a presidential candidate has been assassinated. All the sudden, a secret Government agency, know as the Trust, thinks that we might, just might, be under an attack of some sort. So, the Trust Commander, known to us as "Mr. Adams", calls on Secret Service agent Mr. Ford, to go to the Regan National Airport to find a suspected terrorist known as Prometheus. On his way, Mr. Ford is attacked by friendly soldiers, and comes into contact with a Drudge drone, which he finds is controlling the soilders, now known as "Puppets". Mr. Ford is also attacked by Trust Agents, who are not puppets, but think he is one. Mr. Ford calls up Mr. Adams, and tells him to call off the Trust Agents, and Adams simply tells Ford to complete the mission. [link to www.gamespot.com] |
