Federal Lawsuit Filed Against Janet Napolitano Over Homeland Security’s Rightwing Extremism Policy
[link to www.thomasmore.org]

ANN ARBOR, MI – The Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, announced today that it has filed a federal lawsuit against Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. The lawsuit claims that her Department’s “Rightwing Extremism Policy,” as reflected in the recently publicized Intelligence Assessment, “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,” violates the civil liberties of combat veterans as well as American citizens by targeting them for disfavored treatment on account of the political beliefs.

Re: Federal Lawsuit Filed Against Janet Napolitano Over Homeland Security’s Rightwing Extremism Policy
The Report specifically mentions the following political beliefs that law enforcement should use to determine whether someone is a “rightwing extremist”:

* Opposes restrictions on firearms
* Opposes lax immigration
* Opposes the policies of President Obama regarding immigration, citizenship and the expansion of social programs
* Opposes continuation of free trade agreements
* Opposes same-sex marriage
* Has paranoia of foreign regimes
* Fear of Communist regimes
* Opposes one world government
* Bemoans the decline of U.S. stature in the world.
* Upset with loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India
* . . . and the list goes on

Remember the Information Analysis Center in Missouri about the Modern Militia Movement?

It said that if you display political paraphernalia supporting a third party candidate, or you have what’s referred to as subversive literature, you could well be a member of a domestic paramilitary group.

"Even the Communist ACLU has responded to some of these reports by saying that it crosses the line and shows a disregard for civil liberties. So dissidents on the left and dissidents on the right agree for once. But the government media complex, the Bush-Obama crowd, seems to be just fine with the idea of sending you up the river if you support a third party or oppose gay marriage. They’re OK with putting you under surveillance if you have, quote, subversive literature, unquote. Or if you happen to support the wrong Republican member of Congress, look out; your next vote may be your last. "

Not surprising, Bill Clinton pulled this when OKC happened.

Instead of following the leads that some Iraqis were involved Reno/Hillary tied the hands of the investigators.

That's when they blamed those talk show hosts, remember?

One suspect later was a baggage handler at Logan airport on 9-11, then he disappeared.

Same as that laptop of Yousif's, Hillary had that buried.

People were warned that something like this was going to happen to those who apposed them.

Even in Oklahoma the police were told to consider those who had 3rd party stickers as terrorist.

This is the only way the socialist can keep power, is to consider their opponents as domestic terrorist.

It's going to get a lot worse from here out.

I wonder how they can be stopped.
