I did and it looked fine after an hour so I thought it was legit. The next morning they did not look fine.

Borax only works in the fall right before winter. If you take a cup full of bleach and a cup full of amonia and mix them together with a spoonfull of salt try spraying that on the plants. It should help bring them back.

If salt could make plants grow, then they could spray the firs in Calif., with salt water.

From the FWIW department, Borax is mostly Boron, and is a part of photosynthesis. A VERY minor part. As in 2 parts per million. Much better off getting trace fertilizers like that from a commercial outlet or composted manure, and using borax to kill roaches.
