Awfully coincidental. Almost like a "God decided to wipe out the big problem with his big flood" kind of deal. Only it doesn't appear that there's a lucky Noah this time. Government probably got fed up and inserted some disease into the mexican market, called it the swine flu, and let it "wash away" the drug problem.
