I was a 320 pound miserable person inside and out.

Within only five months, I went from a 45 in the waist to a 34 and now I am perfect at a 30 and 5ft 11in and have strength and endurance that I never knew even when I was a teen and a young guy in my twenties working out and running every day.

I have muscle tone and hair growing in places that is unreal and that includes my hair coming back from the so-called " Male Patterned Baldness. "......YOUR BODY CAN CURE ANYTHING WITH THE PROPER NUTRITION.

With the proper nutrition however, " you will never likely be even sick as others around me get sick and have pains, I NEVER DO ANYMORE.

Yeah, I got salmonella today, from fresh eggs from my mother.. eaten lots of raw shit in my time too. Guess they have government regulations on food for a reason.
