The resemblance is pretty uncanny. He'd be 38 if he was alive today and that guy in the pics is probably in his thirties...

I'm not sure though. The nose seems a little bigger. I found a pic of Tupak from the same angle, though the lighting's different.

I'm old enough to remember all the Elvis sightings and I've also had plenty of friends where I've seen and on one occasion met and talked to people who could pass for their doppelgangers though so I'm going to go with lookalike.

It's not that uncommon for there to be complete strangers who have never met, aren't related but are around the same age and look like identical twins.

Sooooo, why not grab the guy and talk to him?

If TMZ doesn't have 100% proof then they are a bunch of idiots and A-holes. That caption is not a question but a statement of fact that is obviously just BS. If they know he's alive they need to do more than post a picture with nothing more but a stupid caption. I hope his family sues them. I would. Let the family get on or present the evidence, TMZ. Uhhh, how is TMZ getting money from this ? And on what grounds does Tupac's family have to sue TMZ ? Just saying.

I'm sure it's someone who happend to look like Tupac, friends I'm sure told him that from time to time, and well he probably went with it. I wouldnt doubt though if Tupac was still alive, and in hiding. Someone wanted him dead for a reason, and if he comes out and makes himself known, then the contract out on his life is rewritten all over again. I'm saying it's a look-a-like.

On what grounds does anyone have to sue tmz for posting a picture of some guy that looks like tupac. It does look like Tupac... so what's the law suit ?? Not to mention Harvey Levin who is a lawyer, is not going to post, or do anything that would get him and his company into trouble.
I'm guessing he knows the law.

No there is a difference in the depth of his eyes, with age the resemblance barrior is too easy to break, plus he would look about 45 now.
