In the west where we have relative peace the conscious humans have been doing a big jump in numbers. This is going to hit a critical mass much quicker than anticipated .. the need to create conditions that animal humans thrive in ,in the west is going to be the plan...

The planet is going to help constantly to shake things up and take away much of the control that was sought by doing this.. they will be backdoored by a few different events that will change things in ways they won't be able to do that any more... the tactics are only causing the animals to kill each other and put the balance of the frequency even less in their favour. That will be start of a new beginning for all the individual human consciousnesses left. The ones who need to control to acknowledge their existence will transform or suicide and move on to incarnate where the fear is thick and polluting like it has been her on Earth for so long.
