i've been running a station for a couple of years, and i must say you that mixing of genres is not good and ear candy.

also you need to make pauses between music - read GLP headlines and hot news...

also use MagicIP to make good mixes in between tracks.

You know, read the pinned threads if they're interesting, or check out some alternative newswires and report what is going on in the world. Never know, could be fun for you, and attract a wider audience at the same time!
