It depends on your definition of breaking.

GLP is usually quick to get news but not that quick if you look at the src sites supplied, when you read the referred site it refers to other sites usually (indeicating 3rd hand news).

I have a whole news system at my hands called "iNews" at work and when on the VPN :)
