Well, although it is a well-known fact that all upper case words mean more, generally, what would you suggest be done in situations where mothers DONŽT marry millionaires, yet the fathers simply walk out on them and never help support their children? Granted, the system has a tendency of making mistakes, but really, do you deny that any father (or mother for that sake) has ever ignored child support?
