Cheap knives
After hearing a lot about Mora knives, I finally bought a few to test...cost around 11 bucks each....I'm convinced after testing for a week....they are razor sharp due to the scandi grind....thats single bevel without a secondary edge as on most knives...its a little weird sharpening them at first cuz the blade lays real low on the sharpening stone....I cut up recycle cardboard, filleted fish, whittled and broke down whole chickens with mine and 4 strokes on the stone brings the edge back...

Seems these knives been around awhile and popular with the "bushcraft" crowd....Thats wilderness survival for the Americans....these knives are available in stainless steel, laminated steel, and carbon steel....Excellent knives that can be used hard without fear of losing....think I'm going to get a few more to put away....

Yes...they ain't pretty but they'll cut the stink off shit....I been on a cheap knife kick recently.....I got plenty of expensive customs that just look pretty but I don't use them....The Cold steel "Finn Wolf" is another I like....it looks like a tactical kitchen knife....Here's where I got my Moras....
