Let me tell you guys right now... Don't use vista or windows 7.
There are backdoors in the OS so the GOV can get in and out.

unfortunately you need the code (have to purchase it) to use it

Have you tried using the personalize tab in the properties function.

1) Right Click desktop.

2) Select personalize.

3) Select window color and appearance.

4) Select open clasic appearance properites for more color options.

5) Select High Contrast White or High Contrast Black fron drop down menu.

i tried that but it doesnt allow for you to make the icons on the desktop black and white.
