question for the OP

after i turned 18 i needed a new SS card for a job. so i basically entered into a new contract as an adult. how do you get out of it? as far as i know you cannot "recind" your signature.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 686623

The ss tax is just a tax with the ss name.

There is no trust fund. It's a ponzi scheme.

Look to civil law. Fraud.

Were you fully informed before you signed? If not, the contract is null and void.

You don't have to be involved with ss #'s to be a citizen and get paid. Technically your American right to deny all of that from birth so not taxes are removed. Not popular for the biggest businesses but doable and legal all the same for the small.
how can you not have an ss number?
are you a us citizen?

Re: I haven't filed a tax return for 30 years. Ask me any question.
Hi OP.
More and more people are not filing returns.

Have you ever bought a car for cash?

You must rent your living quarters?
Any problesm renting without a SS #?

Im sure you dont use a bank?
Do you pay your bills by Money order?
Do you have a credit card?
What do you tell companies that want your SS number liek the electric company etc?

You'll be just fine as long as you dont ever file.
if you ever do file, thats whne they might get after you
but I doubt they want to arrest anyone who might write a book telling people how they didn't file for thirty years.

Any other tips you might offer?

Wow... lots of questions.

I buy everything with cash.
(keeps me from living beyond what I'm able to produce)

I have generated a fair amount of goodwill in the last 30 years. I don't rent.

I have no bills.

Told the irs, banks, and governments in general to "fuck off" 30 years ago (registered/certified letters). Lived for 3 years in the sticks. Basically told them "come and get me".

I tell anyone that asks for personal information... "none of your fucking business. you want my money or not?"

Tips?

wow... It's not an easy life. But we all must choose... personal responsibility or a comfortable(?) caged existence.

I chose freedom.

What legacy will you leave to those children you claim to love?

You're wheeling around in your "free" scooter as they assume a half million "dollars" of debt borrowed on their backs?

Re: I haven't filed a tax return for 30 years. Ask me any question.
I'm amazed so many people live in fear.

I was a "good" citizen for over 30 years. I paid in money I'll never see. And if the IRS reads this, FUCK OFF! Take those thousands I gave you and be happy. I've never asked or used a dime of it in return and never will.

But my breaking point was about 12 years ago when the company who employed me went belly up. 2,000 employees were suddenly audited.

I and others were told we must provide all kinds of records that were impossible to find at that point.

Most people were too afraid to dispute it and simply paid, out of fear.

I was PISSED. I had paid and I wasn't going to pay again.

Not only that, I spent a month of running all over the place writing my former employer (no answer), meeting with the IRS, etc.

The last straw was when the IRS guy said, "It's really no big deal. The most you'll have to pay is $600."

ARE YOU KIDDING ME???????

At the time $600 WAS actually no big deal- it was the arrogance. And upon further reflection it was the fact that the IRS saw an opportunity to make $600 x 2000- again due to FEAR.

I said, "Whatever."

I walked away and every now and then when that envelope comes I toss it in the trash. In fact there's one from this week. Up till now the last one I got was a year ago.

I guess I'll go open it and see what it says.

The point is, I have lived very happy without that fucked up organization.

Kuddos, OP. You can count me in. However, do NOT write any books. Irwin Schiff is a perfect example of how you get in trouble when rallying the masses.

I probably shouldn't have even posted this but I'm amazed at how many of my close friends react when I tell them I haven't filed in over a decade and no damned black helicopters are landing on my roof in the middle of the night.

Believe me, I pay a gazillion other taxes. They're doing just fine without my money from THAT single source. And had I paid them I'd probably be forced to apply for some kind of assistance so it all equals out, IMO.

Do they want me out of society? It would only COST them money at this point and they'd lose out on all the other revenue I generate for them.

FUCK YOU GEITHNER! When YOU and your gang of crooks pay, I'LL PAY!

Like all government bureaucracys, the IRS is an inept orginazation with people who get paid ths same regardless of what they do.

If one doesn't file a return, they have nothing to audit.
