If that dwarf star does bounce off of the Sun, it still will pass by Earth causing a pole shift sometime in the near future in the next year or two or three depending on God's plans. The earthquakes that will be caused by this DS passing by will be strong enough to smash any underground bunkers created by man. Of course that is all in God's plans as to which bunkers He takes out. I would be advisable to have supplies on hand as you are able to do so. There could be electrical outages and other events that might delay goods arriving in the stores. It would not be a bad idea in case of electrical outages, which could be severe or temporary, to have coolers and the like to help with fresh food preservation you already have, and to stock up on canned and dried foods if needed.
