Realistically, a 14-week-old unborn human is not going to live long, and indeed the police will argue that the baby was dead before she hit the water. But even if that is true, flushing human remains down the toilet is a very grievous sacrilege in itself, and grounds for a lawsuit if done so without the explicit, informed, calm consent of the next-of-kin.
