Is it a real Program - Yeah - But please let Me explain. Heres the way I reason this out against the "Official" Story.

1. So apparently - The US is farming this Equipment out to not only China - But Russia as well ? Is this Equipment for sale ?







2. Now if so - They're launching a heck of a lot of these - Why ?

3. They're launching these Apparently Earthly Rockets above the Heads of Civilian Populations ? Why ? Aren't there Proving Grounds where this can be done more safely ?

4. Isn't launching Rockets a dangerous practise and one that We're supposed to be as protected from as Our Governements can guarantee ? Why the launches over Our Heads then ?
