Since I'm semi retired I look at the other side of the coin. How to save money. Besides the obvious, I ride a bike for everything local. I drive on average once a week now. Tires, brakes and everything else lasts a loooooong time now. Plus I dropped comprehensive and collision off my insurance. Even if its close you want to avoid turning that key. That action translates to wear and tear.
Plus I've become a minimalist. I spend almost nothing in the local economy. Think of it as pay back to the idiots who voted for this clown.

For example I found that there were a dozen landscapers and tree trimmers, but I really needed someone to clear out some bushes and plants. I couldn't find a handyman to do it either. Well, now my income was cut in half so I have time to do it myself. Join local Facebook groups if you are on social media. Watch and see what people are looking for.
