From Russia With Love ~ The Teardrop Monument
Is it a western press secret? Why wasn't it reported on main stream western press?

This is made and installed by the Russians to honor those who died in 9/11 and a statement against terrorism. It is very impressive. The tear drop is lined up with the Statue of Liberty

From Russia With Love ~

To the Struggle Against World Terrorism

The 10-story high sculpture given to the US by Russian President Vladimir Putin, the people of Russia and the artist, Russian sculptor Zurab Tsereteli, to the people of the United States.

Located on the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor as a memorial to those that died in the 9/11 terrorist attack and the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
The large polished titanium teardrop represents the tears in Moscow shed for the 9/11 victims.
A constant flowing of water causes the sculpture to appear to weep.
Names of the all the people killed are inscribed on the base.

9/11 victims families have placed their stones in the walkway leading up to it..

And meanwhile in NYC (who by the way refused this monument),
ground zero is still being built..hmmmm..!!!

Teardrop National Monument: America Press Secret?
"This was shown to me by my math teacher. he said none of the history teachers knew about this."
words of a young student to which I replied:

I learned of it yesterday 6/15/09...I find it a disgrace to our country, the western press, and the government for not reporting this moving gift to the American peoples...
A country without honor is not a country at all..
it is land of propaganda..
barely recognizable from what the original
founding fathers envisioned!
My sincerest apologies and thanks to the artist,
and the Russian Peoples for this amazing gift of honor!
It moved me to tears!
Bless them all,
Maria Glenn

Many heartfelt thanks to the Russian people for this beautiful memorial..
We are ashamed that NYC would not accept it,
and the western press did not report this beautiful gift..
Please accept our personal apologies..sincerely given!

Re: From Russia With Love ~ The Teardrop Monument
I learned of this monument and paid it a visit earlier this summer with my extended family. It was very impressive, although at the end of a long finger of land that was very run down and seedy. Once we got to the park area it was quite lovely. There were two other groups of visitors there at the time. I did not notice a stream of water, and I'm still not quite clear on how it "lines up with the Statue of Liberty" but nonetheless it was an impressive monument. I'd love to know how it was moved/assembled.

Hopefully it doesn't have spy equipment inside hehehe ;-)
Sorry couldn't resist
