Thanks for the information.
So regarding your assessment what I see is that you've had some emotional issues from your past, there have ben some tromatic events.
Also you've been having some issues with your 3rd chakra as well as your 5th. I pick up that you're having to focus on your goals in your life but you've tried to be successful, it's been hard for you to do that though sometimes. It's because there are some level of trust going on, it's related to karmic issues in your past. So having to believe in yourself is something that you're having to focus on. Being grounded in times of stress will be something you'll need to work on as well.
You seem like you're positive, but you seem like you're having a hard time expressing what you're feeling when your going through emotional issues. You've had a lot on your mind.

Anne, I admit to having been a bit sceptical, so was somewhat surprised to find I had dozed off in my armchair and slept for just over an hour. Not something I normally do this early in the evening. First thing I did when I woke up was to grab a large glass of water as I felt so thirsty. Then I came back on here to find you had already done the business. Thank you. Thank you, Anne, for the focus. This is exactly what I needed at an exactly pivotal point in my life. What you've shared with me are comments I've made to two others in the past 24 hrs...that I've had a lot on my mind and have been very thoughtful concerning my person, and that I have a particular goal that is seemingly "blocked" from getting it out of the gate.

...gosh, just even writing that last sentence has brought me even more clarity.

At any rate, when I was discussing with one person about this goal I felt my throat chakra back up and I became emotionally frustrated for being unable to explain and express the particulars about the goal.

Given your guidance and my meandering foreknowledge of the problem I will being working with those two chakras diligently, with special attention to karmic/past trauma.

What I hadn't told you was that I've had a neg energy stalking my energy field just recently. I am under the impression it went back from whence it came yesterday. That you didn't find evidence of such is confirmation for me.

The hip pain has lessened but the shoulder is still very painful. I am at work so maybe the constant use of my arm is not helping matters. The day has gone very fast and smooth, which is not normal! Thinking is more clearer today as well.

The other thing is that there was some energy that I needed to work with, I had to get rid of any energy blockages as well. How do you feel after the healing? Also what you may expect after the healing is that you may feel tired, so that may be normal.

Thanks Anne, the healing would have been done while sleeping, and I must admit it was easy to get out of bed this morning. You are very spot on with the emotional issues, my dad found out he has cancer a couple weeks ago, and he's in a lot of pain at the moment. He won't accept any help from me and it's weighing me down quite heavily, I was wondering if you could do some work on him for me? His name is Colin.

Also could you please elaborate on the energy you worked on, and which of my chakras need work?

Yes the chakras that need work are the heart, third, and the 6th.
Those are the ones that I saw yesterday.
The energy was stuck, so I ended up having to remove the energy.

OK I did healing for him. What I was able to find is that the 2nd chakra needed some work. He's been having a hard time making some decisions lately. Also he needed some more energy and getting rid of stress is something as well. He comes across to me as someone very negative in their thinking.
Let me know how he feels after the healing, I felt some inner shifts when I was aligning the chakras. What he can expect after the healing is emotions being released, that is something that I kept feeling. Also the other thing is that he'd need to not be very hard on himself.
Another thing he may expect is that he may feel a sense of feeling hungry or tired. It'll take some time for his body to adjust to the healing.

Also regarding what you may expect after it, is you may feel a sense of having more energy, as well as increased vitality so you're able to make the right choices for yourself. Also you may feel tired, witch is normal, and it may take awhile for you to adjust to the energies, for some people it takes awhile. For others they may be able to adjust to the energies of healing very quickly.

Thank you Anne,The swelling under my arm went down a lot, something there ,but much better.Felt the warmth and was able to sleep good for the first time in 2 weeks , thank you.My chest feels a little congested and my tummy feels distended.trying to be positive to keep good energy moving. I don't feel any different. The incoming energy had me feeling iritable for a few days, a week or so ago. Most of my physical symptoms, other than high BP and urinary infection are ascension symptoms.

Possibly the negative feeling you saw was that I was VERY concerned about my grandson. I heard from his the next day and it was needless worry.

I am not as far as I know a negative person. I don't feel the things you said I would feel, lightness, warm, etc.

I'm wondering, how do you know you have the right person? There are probably more than one Donna in Indiana.

Anne ,he was able to work the whole day ,the swelling of the leg went down, we can still feel the bump, but much lower. He came home singing!!!we are going to keep checking the leg and he is preparing for shoulder surgery , so all this , that is going on, is a little bit overwhelming, We are raising a grandson.
