That has to be like one of the most infiltrated and harassed groups out there. There's nothing like a gathering of stoned tripping peaceniks to raise fears about national security. |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 684576 United States 06/28/2009 02:36 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | i've been trying to get out there myself but my options other than hitchhiking have fallen short. for me, it's too late to start putting my thumb out. i was supposed to leave tonight but my riders with the gas money ran into strange obstacles themselves. miracles have happened before. on a related note, the websites welcomehere.org and kindrideshare.org have been down for the past couple days. which are sites about the gathering and people helping each other get there respectably. everybody feels pretty sure there's government intrusion going on there as well. no proof but it's beyond suspicious. actually the main reason i can't get to the gathering is because the people i need to talk to as passengers have their phone numbers there and now i can't get them. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 684576There is no common law court in the US and none of the US works that way anymore so what you mean are codes, statutes and regulations. They call these things laws, but they are atheists and so to them, code is law. But to believers, law is nature. All lawyers and judges know that US Code and so called "Black Letter Law" (meaning rulings that are ostensibly 'set in stone and to be memorized') are how the squirming masses are ruled. How many people will resist in traffic court and spend a night in jail or have their assets seized? Very few. It is in the name of "the people" that all "the people"'s car get searched or drug-dogged. It is for "the people" that police dogs sniff the people's crotches. The 'common' people are the highest group the human judge is honor-bound to protect. Hence, only a common law court which can define who the common people are, and do they want their crotches or cars sniffed. But where is that court? |

But where is that court? good reply but i think i used my words too loosely. what i meant was the futer of how law enforcement parasites operate. it's always back and forth between the peace beings and the leos. for example one gathering the law kept driving their vehicles through the gathering and it got so much that one morning i woke up and huge rocks were strewn across the path so that the cars couldn't get through. it was a bad idea because the road was blocked if there was to be a real emergency. the tension was raised enough that the law sat down with the gatherers to reach an agreement. shortly after we removed the rocks. |

That's all that is. When the Pigs perfect their fraudulent claims against the Rainbow Gathering, they will be assigned to your city, if they are not totally resisted, and personally sued for each breach of your Sovereign rights. ATTACK THEM LEGALLY, NOW!!!!!! |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 684576You mean Code Enforcement. yes thanks for the fine tuning. Yes, because Law comes from nature, not an Administrator, Judge, Barrister or conglomerations thereof. Surely the nature of such parties is that they must tell themselfs that they are above nature? Above the common people's law, i.e. nature/seasons? The Rainbow hippies are probably the best modern day Christians in the sense that they are trying to exist as mobile, loving people underneath a Romanic authority structure. If I compare them to the Amish, I find the Amish to be too old and out of touch. Maybe if the Amish and the Rainbows switched places for the next five years? That'd be interesting. I think when and if Jesus is said to be "coming" again, he'll find them to be more palatable, than any actual "Christians". Just my .02. |

marshall moran (OP) User ID: 684576 United States 07/10/2009 01:11 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | well, i just got back from the gathering last night. many folks, including myself were harrassed on the way in. bogus drug sniffing dogs (shepherds instead of beagles) and forest service and possibly homeland security waiting to bust on the road *inside* the gathering. they made any excuse to bring the drug sniffers around the vehicle...said the dog tipped and BOOM everyone out of the vehicle and all bags searched. found less than a gram of mj on me. gave me a court date of july 6'th in alberquerque. i almost fought the ticket but without a video there would be no way to prove anything. hippies against the forest service...guess who the judge would listen to more than the other. so for the $75 they extorted out of me i have no record. if i fought and lost it would be $150 plus the M on my record. on another topic the police were a little more mellow this year, U.S. Marshals were there policing the police. the afternoon of the fourth shortly after we prayed we were blessed with one of these beauties. the video doesn't capture how bright this rainbow was. it was close to neon brightness especially on the left half. i hope someone hear reading this was there to share. the adventure is always worth it. |
