Plus there are two kinds of sentencing - concurrent and consecutive.

It would be just like them to give him concurrent time which means he would only actually serve the time for the longest count.

I wonder if he'll get a special tax deduction like his, um, victims? ie., little people lose money, it's gone. Your masters lose money, they are reimbursed via your tax dollars.

As I understand it, Bernie's sentence was over the threshold ( I think it's 12 years) where good ol' Bernie is not eligible for the minimum security Club Fed joints. He gets to go to the REAL Federal prisons with Triple Ax Murderers and that sort of folks. These places are also known as the Rectal Enlargement units.
