Poor people do poor people things, and rich people do rich people things. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation. Maybe you and a few neighbors you know could speak with her and let her know it's a problem. Maybe then she would oblige and keep the cats in doors. If she knows it's a problem. She may have no idea. Or, you could ask her maybe to keep a cat box or two outside on her proberty for her cats to use. Cats are smart that way, and would more the likely use them. People really have no idea the problems cats cause when they are let outside. And I'm a cat owner too. I just let him out. |

Now, if someone could please explain to me the reason, I would be very happy because right now I'm afraid I've participated in some form of hoodoo. Goodbye, halcyon days... Cute but annoying. I used a squirt bottle with water to disuade her, it trained her very quickly. She was too fast to be caught and/or spanked... but the squirt bottle could get her every time. I recommend the squirt bottle, but you have to see them in the act for that to work. |
