fill up a 2-liter soda bottle with water and just lay it out on the yard.

I don't have a clue why, but it works for cats and dogs.


Also, another one that blows me away...fill a ziplock bag with water and hang it nearby when you are outside and the mosquitos stay away.

They both actually work....I've tried it, my nanny has tried it, my friend from work has tried it.....


Now, if someone could please explain to me the reason, I would be very happy because right now I'm afraid I've participated in some form of hoodoo.
