I never thought this could happen to me. I'm funny when I'm drunk. At least I think I am. I lost my job and medicate myself every night.
Should I seek help?
Quoting: Family GuyFind something to replace the drinking habit. Exercise, home repairs, woodworking, etc... something that you are interested in. Or sign up for some classes that will get you out of the house. If you cannot resist the urge, there are a couple of drugs that will make you ill if you drink alcohol. You could see a doctor for these or find online.
