Reference to Benjamin’s article as below, which must be responded to whether I have the time or not.

I had a lot of respect for Benjamin Fulford because his articles (those of the past) do hold an awful amount of foundation / substance.

However, this latest article is totally beyond belief and indicates that Benjamin may have lost his marbles, or his informants are deliberately feeding him with false and totally fabricated information, for whatever purpose or reason.

I will explain:-

a). The man in charge of the secret organization known as the Office of International Treasury Control (IOTC) is R.C. Dan. Dan claims to be a Cambodian Prince and now lives in the Thai Royal family complex in Bangkok.

R.C. Dan, dear, dear what a silly mistake, DAM.. The man who is Chairman of the OITC is H.E. Prof. Dr. Ray C. Dam, who doesn’t claim to be a Cambodian Prince as stated but is related to the original Royal Family of Cambodia, for which the existing Royal occupants are also a part and is related to the other arm of the Cambodian Royal Family tree.

As for living in the Thai Royal Family complex is Bangkok,
what utter nonsense. I do not know where this information came from but someone is really insane with such suggestions, as this has no basis or foundation whatsoever.

b). The man known to us as whistleblower is an Australian who used to work for him.

Wrong, wrong, wrong, totally wrong. The man you are referring to is the person known as Dr. Keith Scott (In reality Mr Keith Scott not Dr as he purports), who is no longer with the OITC and hasn’t been since Mar 2008.

Again, I do not know where this information came from but someone is really insane, and lost their marbles with such suggestions, as this has no basis or foundation whatsoever.

The Administrators on this Community Board (as well as other Community Boards) and many persons who have written to me, either directly or through the goodwill of the Community Boards Administrators, know exactly who I am and have my name on documents, and it certainly isn’t Keith Scott, I certainly am not Australian, and I do not work for H.E. Prof. Dr. Ray C. Dam..

c). The U.S. educated Mr. Dan

Correct, but it is Dr Dam, not Dan

claims special privileges in the Senate and the House by the United Nations.

What nonsense. H.E. Prof. Dr. Ray C. Dam is the International Treasury Controller appointed and assented to by the Nations of the World under the United Nations Charter Control No: 10-60847. He is also Legal Heir and Owner of the Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility under International Transfer Record RCD1088 (Legal Decadency to Heir), assented and agreed to by the Nations of the World dated 20th January 1995.

A special Senate Committee, along with the Chairman of a Congressional Committee, know exactly who H.E. Prof. Dr. Ray C. Dam is and can confirm his “Internationally Protected Person” status.

These may have been granted but then again it is hard to find many treaties or agreements the U.S. has not broken.

That is one point I do agree with. The US changes its mind daily, just like the weather. The Truth is that the US doesn’t really want people to know what they and the Taxpayers are committed to relative to Past International Debt, or even what they were up to in the past relative to the Collateral Accounts when same was under their control via the TTTGC (1945 – 1995), so denials and rebukes are all too frequent and common.

He also claims to have 3rd to 5th level security clearance granted to him by the U.S. Congress.

3rd – 5th level Full Jacket Security and Protectorate under the Great Seal of America No: 632-258894 verifiable via a special Senate Committee, along with the Chairman of a Congressional Committee who know exactly who H.E. Prof. Dr. Ray C. Dam is and can confirm his “Internationally Protected Person” status.

Dan was appointed in 1995 as the sole arbiter for the Bank of International Settlements in Basle, Switzerland.

Wrong. Appointed 20Th January 1995 as Legal Heir, Owner and Sole Arbiter of the Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility, assented to and agreed by the Nations of the World, NOT for the Bank of International Settlements in Basel as incorrectly and wrongly stated.

d). The question for Mr. Dan is, when are you going to go public and tell the world the truth?

I thought we were public. Besides having our own Web Site ( www.unoitc.org ) we are known on many other Web Sites. How much more public can we possibly be with all the restrictions and constraints that surround us, which are there because of the ridiculous “Secrecy” factors that apply.

When we can release more information, or remove some more of the “Secrecy” aspects, then we will ensure same is notified publicly. Until then the prerogative of believing or not believing is entirely yours, based upon one’s own perception, which is something we can do nothing about no matter how much fact and truth we publish.

Boy, oh boy, someone really has got “Their Knickers in a Twist” here. There is so much misinformation in this BF article one has to ask whether it is deliberate, or wrongly conceived by, or when passed through by, informants that BF uses.

Benjamin, I am astonished and surprised that you of all people should put your name to such garbage. Please, in future, if you want to know facts and the truth, write to us (The address is on our Web Site) and I will give it freely to you. Do not rely on your informants because it does appear that someone is feeding you with false and inaccurate information which reflects upon you.

Whether this is discrediting tactics or not, is questionable, but as I have stated in the past, quote, “Deny us and you deny the world, its’ Nations, and its people, their legal rights (Under International Treaties) to assistance from the Collateral Accounts”.

With the OITC, no country needs the inept, corrupt, draconian IMF or World Bank to help them through difficult times.

We are doing all that we can at this moment in time to assist the Nations, and People, of the World. However, GARBAGE such as the above, posted by BF, only causes us more obstructions in addition to those we receive from the crooked elitist and banking element of the World’s Society.

Let them carry on with their little games, because if ever there was publication and public recognition of their little games which is plain and clear for all to see, this is it.

I will not enter into any public, or succumb to any public “Dog Fight” on such issues as there is no point because such matters do not get anyone anywhere and usually end up confusing people even more than they are already confused.

My time is more valuable to me in doing what I can, in conjunction with the OITC, to assist the world, its’ Nations, and its’ People in these extraordinary difficult times.
