In 1974 Henry Kissinger along with Edward Teller patented this method of seeding the up atmosphere in a effort to stop global warming..

Curiously enough in the same patent application was also listed or keyworded as a "Population Control Device".

The working theory is that as they are seeding the upper atmosphere to reflect the suns UV. They are ALSO introducing bio-agent in the spray (btw this has been WELL documented with testing of Chemtrail resude.. it contains hemoglobin found in human blood. The hemoglobin works as base to keep the bio-agent alive until it reaches ground and disperses into the population (aka host)

As they lay down the chem trail they are ALSO dossing the population with bio-agent. It is theorized at a later date all they need to due is introduce another agent and BAM! You have pandemic in that city.

I have a slightly different take.

Here is my wild speculation.

Remember William Cooper said that option A was taking out the population by blowing holes in the ozone layer with nuclear weapons. He didn't say what type of nuclear weapons were contemplated. What if these weapons were GRAZERS (gamma ray lasers). The first gamma ray burst (GRB) was recorded by a Vela satellite in 1967. The problem is, they had already been in orbit for three years and now these GRBs are occuring at a frequency of one a day.

The GRBs may, in addition to depleting the ozone be causing the ozone hole over the South Pole. How? We are currently passing through the Local Interstellar Cloud (LIC) which contains compounds that react with ozone to deplete its concntration. Ionization of this cloud with GRAZERS would increase the reactivity with the ozone and perhaps is the reason for the assymetrical location at the South Pole but not the North Pole. UV levels are trending upwards from "extreme" in Oz.

Now, back to chemtrails. Jet exhaust actually CREATES ozone which is what TPTB do not want. Remember the catalytic converter in your car. The metallic elements in chemtrails are the very ones you want to use in catalyzing the ozone breakdown in the atmosphere.

Ergo, the ozone depletion protocal in the grand TPTB plan to use global climate change to usher in the NWO by reducing the ozone layer which will allow more UV through, which will reduce plant respiration, which will spike CO2 levels resulting in global warming. BUT if the maniacs go too far, we could have a "UV torch" event which may fry the lungs of the earth resulting in meleting of the polar and Greenland ice inundating Southern Florida and parts of the Southern US Gulf Coast. BUT, it may also through the mechanism of geostatic subsidence trigger earthquakes, volcanoes and crustal shifts of epic magnitudes.

Its important to understand how TPTB may inadvertently trigger a UV torch event which perhaps even their geneically engineered UV and heat tolerant crops may not withstand. Scientists are now looking in the earth's "rear view mirror" to try and understand how inhomogenieties in the portion of the local interstellar could we are passing through may have caused or imacted the ice ages. If - in the Aussie Bloke sense, a particular dense portion of the cloud (its sort of like fog - it is dense in parts and lighter in parts) and they pull the trigger on a GRAZER it could massively deplete the ozone. This might kill or severely damage the Brazilian rain forrest and spike CO2 levels into the stratosphere.

That German video as well as several other US "news" crews (those showing hi levels of Barium and Aluminum) have finally convinced me that chemtrails are real. Given the US government *admitted* history of biological, chemical and radiological testing on unsuspecting Americans, looks like the behavior never stopped.

I'm surprised that nobody has (yet) done a pie-in-the-face stunt with our politicians or military types using a barium/aluminum/red-blood-cell cocktail.
