Awww...so cute...yeah I would have to agree with the others Tessa...I think it's meant to be...happened to my family as well and she turned out to be the best dog you could ever ask for...good luck honey!  Yep happened with us years ago, two small dogs showed up on your front lawn. One eventually ran away.... The other one stayed and never let us out of his sight.... That's also how I found my cat 9 yrs. ago........ Thinking it was meant to be Tessa !! She'll warm up to you, give her time .... That's how our dog was, he was scared of us, till he realized he had it made..... He was the best scruffy mutt I ever had....
