Making an appt in my nearby town for anything now-before they can see you they must have you fill out a packet-NO QUESTIONS about cardiac or diabetes or high blood pressure or even surgeries...but they have a packet that asks questions like:

What makes you happy?


What can your health care workers know about you if you are in a "crises", what should they know...


WTF???


Or what are your hobbies, things you like to do, or skills or talents, philosophical or spiritual beliefs?


And it goes on for 6 pages....like a psych eval...I am shocked...I have NEVER seen questions like this in decades unless it is a psych ward and this is family practice....


fricking bizarre-my youngest even read the questions and got a quizzical look....it is pretty bizarre...


I will state I went to the ER a few days back and this is really going down folks-

I am putting it out there as many will find this to be true-I already see everything lining up with hellcare


You call, you need to pick up packet or they send it to you, you fill it out, you get far out appt,...you arrive early you fill out more paperwork...or they ASSIST you to fill our their 'tell us about you-a paragraph for each question kind of thing'


INSANE...and NO review on what they will suggest for YOUR treatment....it is odd...and then they have sheets for release of info and you can exempt certain files or treatment...but then in another part it states they do not have to honor your legal restrictions...


I am not joking at all-it is incredible and everyone better sit up and pay attention and really read these documents...and the slimey way they are set up.

I have seen all kinds of releases-I have written them specifically for advanced exams or procedures...whatever is happening does not bode well. If anyone can patent their own DNA they had better before these CRETANS do and they are moving forward doing just that-patenting YOUR DNA for their use and they OWN it--You could end up paying for a treatment that solely came about via your DNA and you will pay bayer or Merck or Monsanto...if they use your DNA in a plant-guess what you are then infringing on their copyright

Handing out health forms for decades and many of these questions are not standard-then the casual psych eval seems over the top for a primary care provider unless you have DPOA or something-it seems more and more folks are under DPOA and it is standard question at the ER now...weird...foreshadows poorly for the people imho

I am very concerned about it all as I have not been to a hospital as a patient in over 3 yrs-I had loved ones push the issue a few days back...what a shock-after working in the medical field for over 30 yrs as a professional with licensing I am shocked at what I saw and what I experienced


It was an eye opener and it seems VERY clear to me that the new healthcare will be all about making everyone a psych case...really strange...I have always thought that people in pain and those who did cry were generally in pain...I never jumped the shark and assumed they were psych cases...


I know the medical community has struggled with DEA and such and I have heard enough doctors upset because their hands are tied constantly by INSURANCE companies and DEA...they restrict meds because they do not want to be visited-and yet the newer less tested meds are pushed like candy as the bIg Pharma(sorceries) still hold copyright on the new 'CONfabulations' and get MASSIVE CASH from that...unscathed fro bIg Pharma...sickening...

So I was going to find a new doctor and the closest that is an office-I picked up a packet...and they did not ask 1 question about my heart, my blood pressure, my physical health(which was the concern-I have had multiple traumas since born and many decades later...well I am not made of plastic...so it has its cumulative effects)

So I pick up the packet to fill out as they will not make any appts until you fill it out...no questions regarding my physical health but a 6 page packet

They ask what are my dreams, goals, and wishes? Today? This year? Through the rest of your life?


What makes you happy? Tell us about your medical concerns, your hobbies, what you like to do for fun, your psychological needs...


What can your healthcare team need to know about if you are in a crisis? (what kind of "crisis" are they referring to???)


What are your greatest challenges?




What are your greatest strengths?


and on and on...with answer spaces for 1-3 paragraphs...

WTH???


I am not at a psych hospital or clinic-no psych history...what in the hell is going on???


And to top it off-they will not even make an appt unless you hand in the packet and they get all health records...ALL of them...when you are 20...not so much....but at 40,50,60...well, that is alot of records and having worked even at the VA as prn for 14 yrs or so...well, some of the peoples records are voluminous and I mean several feet high...where is all that going to be stored???

I found a better clinic and made an appt without their mini psych exam....I am not worried about it-I took many about 30 yrs ago in a custody battle that I won...thankfully or another child would of been 'crippled' by a parent...he was very violent-nicknamed him white OJ...figure it out...and now that I know many hospitals are taking an aggressive stance on most-to encourage a reaction they can classify as such...be aware...


My file would not be like that but the hard copies of MRI,CT,EMG etc...well it is not a 5 page report...that is for sure...and I have not seen anyone in about 3+ yrs...no meds I take regularly(although I have had many given for all kinds of stuff-overall I do not buy into their 'sorceries'...and if has served me well-especially when I look at those who plan to follow the leader in healthcare.

I was so shocked and now I have sought another clinic in a more affluent area...to avoid the cattle rustling ways of that other clinic...and tie ins to the "twilight zone"...I told a friend what happened and she said she would of never gone to ________ hospital because it is like a dark rift there...twilight zone weirdness...I had not a clue...as I have not worked in this state in my medical capacity-other than volunteering...


In my prior location I knew many doctors in KC and in both states-gave me a platform to start from-and I see I was a bit spoiled having the inner knowings there and knew which doctors to avoid...and several that were good...here...it is a crap shoot unless I want to fight bostonian traffic for a day trip and a doctor appt...as they are highly trained there-when I was much younger that is where I went...and it was easy then...and did not have to come in from much farther....oh well


I am typing all this crap to make a point.

scrub jr changed the laws quite a bit...and I know that they changed it for children to be evaluated from birth to 18-in fact to evaluate all the adults who would be near a child....coming into the world...to make sure the child will be with adults who are certifiably sane...now I see what is going on...and I see hellcare and the way lobbiests write the bill with big phama and insurance industries...I see there is no review...as the Veterans do have...I see that if you do not follow their suggested course of action they can deny additional care....and I see they plan to make many "psych patients" even if they have no history of this. I also see that if the state or fedGovt order forced vaccinations-they can inject motor oil and do it without consent if you are a PSYCH patient....so this is key and if MASS gov signs the order in MASS they will be authorized to take children from parents if they refuse personal injection...arrest parent and you cannot be forced(unless you are "psych") and the children removed and injected...that is the truth and that CRETAN better not sign it and obama states it looks like he will sign it...

That is coming from alot of experience with many types of doctors offices-having visited through the years or having set up and written releases and intake questionaires etc...I have NEVER seen anything like it-which forebodes terribly for most people-




In the interests of protecting children even those too young to be considered human by many-the truth is far more egregious and few understand...

In this society many are baited and coerced to move in directions that are very dangerous.

Sadly the ones who really need the help or are being "crippled" for life are left to suffer-it serves the nwo as more are crippled and wounded throughout their life...many may look normal but if one could see within, the truth slays those remaining silent

RINEYVILLE KY, URSA IL -- An Ursa Illinois native is being charged with a double murder. 29 year old Brent Burke is accused of killing his estranged wife Tracy Burke and her former mother-in-law Karen Comer. The women were found shot to death at their home in Rineyville, Kentucky last month.

Burke entered a not guilty plea this morning from prison, where he's being held on a two million dollar bond.

Brent Burke was serving in the military at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. And police say he was going through a bitter divorce with his wife Tracy, which was set to be finalized the week of the deadly shooting. In the divorce papers, Tracy Burke described her husband as "emotionally unstable and verbally abusive." She also stated that he was a changed man since serving in the war on terror in Afghanistan.

Tracy Burke's three children were at the house when the shooting happened. The oldest child called 9-1-1 the next morning. In addition to being charged with both murders, Burke is also charged with endangerment, burglary and cruelty to animals for allegedly shooting the family's dog.

But Burke was not initially named as a suspect.

"From the onset or shortly thereafter, they didn't want to list him as a suspect by all means. But they gathered evidence that kept going in that direction, until it's lead us to here," said Officer Steve Pavey with the Kentucky State Police.

Meanwhile, this news has sent shock waves through Ursa, where Burke grew up. We talked with a few people in the community who are having a hard time believing that one of their own could be involved in such a horrible crime.

We asked, "When you found out that an Ursa boy had been charged with murder, what did you think??"

"Well I just didn't think it could be possible for him to do something like that. He's been known as a real nice boy with a nice family," said Gerald Balsar, a friend of the Burke family.

And those thoughts about Brent Burke are commonplace in Ursa. Burke was known as a good student at Mendon Unity High school. He was involved with FFA and helped with other school projects like homecoming. And after graduating in 1996, he joined the military. He was also a third generation member of the Ursa Christian Church. Its pastor was devastated to learn of the charges against Burke.

"Brent has always been just a wonderful young man. I've gotten to know him since I've been pastor and I actually knew him when I was a camp counselor just up the road at our summer camp. And Brent has always been someone who would go out of his way to help you out." said Rev. Linda Hunsaker.

Reverend Hunsaker also said Burke's caring ways were seen during his time in the military. He was involved with an outreach program where he collected stuffed animals for sick children in the hospital. For all these reasons, she believes Burke is innocent.. And hopes the community will continue to rally around the Burke family with love and support.

Reverend Hunsaker has been in close contact with Burke's parents. She told us that Burke's mother flew to Kentucky last night to be there for his arraignment this morning. Burke's step-children are currently staying with relatives in Pennsylvania.

On Monday, the 15th of October, 2007, Harrel Franklin Braddy, the guy who dropped 5-year-old Quatisha Maycock into an alligator-infested swamp to be eaten alive by Florida’s smartest residents, was sentenced to death for his crimes.

The Judge also hit him with three life terms, to be served consecutively, for the charges of kidnapping and burglary with assault charges.

Harrel Franklin Braddy was also given 30 years in prison for the attempted murder of Shandelle Maycock, Quatisha’s mother, 15 years for child neglect causing great bodily harm and 5 years for attempted escape from a correctional facility.

seems lots of cases are botched or the killers or attempted killers released early...Harrel Franklin Braddy had been released early from prison for "good behavior." He had served 13 years of a 30 year sentence for attempted murder. (Was it working with reptiles?) He became friends with Shandelle Maycock and her 5 year old daughter, Quatisha. Back in November of 1998, Braddy was asked by Maycock to leave her home. Braddy allegedly responded by choking Maycock until she was unconscious. Braddy then forced Maycock and her daughter into his car. Maycock apparently regained consciousness, and jumped with her child out of the moving car.

Braddy allegedly caught the woman and put her in the trunk. Maycock never saw her daughter again. Braddy then apparently drove to a section of the Everglades (Alligator Alley) and dropped the five year old in the marsh. She was killed by alligators.

Braddy's trial had been delayed for almost years because of several changes in his representation. His attorney, G.P. Della Feram, declined to comment. Braddy escaped from the courthouse after trying to strangle a Miami-Dade corrections officer in 1984. Consequently, security remains high. Braddy was convicted of first-degree murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, burglary and escape. He faces the death penalty.

Update: Edit. Maycock was 22 at the time of the crime. Braddy is now 57. He is described as a well built 6' 220 lb paralegal. Yes, a paralegal. He has used the prison system to study law. Not surprisingly, it is anticipated that he could tie up a decision to execute him many years in the Appellate Courts. So much for reform...
