On 9/11, mass hysteria hit our nation. Everyone was shocked, surprised & dumbfounded by what happened in New York, D.C. & Pennsylvania.

That evening, panic set in as news came in of who did this to us. We have 7 gas stations in our town. Each station had gas lines up to 12 blocks long. I called my hubby at work & asked him if I should go get filled up also, he asked me how much I had in my tank, I said 2/3 of tank. He said to wait. He had to get some gas in order to get home that night. They wouldn´t take his check card. They said they had orders from the corporate office "cash only". He got his gas & came home around 1 am.

As I did my homework, we find out Bush is behind the attacks on our homeland on 9/11. He is no better than his father & Reno on Waco. Or Clinton on his coverup of TWA 800 that was shot down over the Atlantic.

He is hoping to keep this nation on edge. To justify the billions that is being spent at the Pentagon, on the wars & on homeland security. (which is a joke in itself)

We as a nation must NOT fall for this. The movement of troops around the U.S. is to scare us. Our household laughs when we hear about nationwide troop movement or about the "new" wave of attacks that may come at any moment.

Yes, there is a new virus spreading across this great nation of ours. We can only catch it if we let it. Its called the "Bush virus."

H3N2 California/7 Illinois Student Flu Fatalities?

On Friday morning, Delaney began seizing and woke Sereika.

"There wasn´t anything leading up to it," Sereika said. "[She had a] little bit of a tooth ache."

"Friday morning, she was taking really deep breaths. She was really stiff. Her leg kicked the night stand."

Delaney was taken by ambulance to Kishwaukee Hospital where doctors performed CPR for 70 minutes. When her heart started again, she was air-lifted to the OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford. Her heart stopped again and doctors pronounced her dead shortly after 4 p.m…….

Tyler came home Wednesday morning from Bower Elementary School in Warrenville with symptoms of a cold, said his father, Eric Pape. He said he had a headache and went to take a nap. But Tyler´s mother, Jennifer, couldn´t wake him for dinner.

Tyler was taken to Edward Hospital in Naperville, then flown to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Eric Pape said. Tyler died Friday.

"It was just fast, and there was no reason for it that anybody can put their finger on," Eric Pape said Monday. <<


The two Illinois student cases at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb and Bower Elementary School in Warrenville were similar to the sudden deaths of students in Eastern Pennslyvania and soldiers in North Carolina. The patients develop flu-like symptoms and within a day or two they are dead.

Bacterial meningococcemia and viral myocarditis are common complications of influenza. The cases above coincide with the rapid spread of A/California/7/2004. In the US it has accounted for 100% of antigenically characterized influenza A in the past two reporting periods.

It is spreading across Canada, infecting immunized nurses, and is showing up across the globe.

There have been meningococcemia / meningitis outbreaks in the Philippines, meningitis in China, and myocarditis in Sri Lanka.

The H3N2 strains have been evolving rapidly, keeping one step ahead of the vaccine. Recent data show that the most evolved isolates were from Wisconsin in 2004 and Iceland in 2005. The Wisconsin strain may be related to the students´ deaths west of Chicago.

The co-circulation of highly virulent human H3N2 California and fatal avian H5N1 Vietnam is cause for concern.

This is the general area where the g´ment brought in special construction teams to building geodesic(sp) housing back in 2001-2002. Rumors were the housing had floatable foundations and that the structures were somewhat earthquake-proof.

Myocarditis Outbreak in Sri Lanka the Start of a Flu Pandemic?

Blood samples of the patients were sent to the Medical Research Institute (MRI) 3 weeks ago, but they have not been able to identify the cause, he said, adding that the MRI has once said it was dengue fever only after testing 15 blood samples. However, cardiologists concluded that it is not dengue, but it could be myocarditis, which starts with a viral flu-like fever and will cause an inflammation of the heart, he said.<<

Remarkably, there is no mention of testing for influenza, even though outbreaks were reported in Sri Lanka before and after the tsunami. Before the tsunami the fatal flu was diagnosed as influenza B and was in the southern portion of Sri Lanka. After the tsunami there were mysterious flu deaths in the rebel controlled northeast.

The earlier media reports raised more questions than they answered.

The earlier diagnosis of dengue fever in the myocarditis cases is a concern. The index case for the H5N1 human-to-human transmission cluster In Thailand was initially diagnosed as dengue fever and that was a common misdiagnosis in the 1918 pandemic.

The recent description of H5N1 cases that did not initially present as respiratory cases demonstrate that H5N1 can present differently and the virus can change quickly.

A bird flu with a tissue tropism for cardiac tissues cannot be ruled out without testing, which has not been mentioned, even though the number of cases has grown to 170 and now affects health care workers, a major red flag signaling the start of a flu pandemic.

In April 2004, Joey Shybloski -- a giggling, blond-haired, blueish-green-eyed, 20-month-old child -- was stricken with a mysterious and complex disease. It was one that mimicked many other diseases and left his parents, Ed and Tina of Lower Burrell, wondering whether treatment, love and prayers would end the nightmare that put their family life on hold.
How it all began

Joey developed what Tina Shybloski figured was a cold during the last of week of March. Several days later, he still had a runny nose, and he developed a low-grade fever. Tina did what any parent would do -- made an appointment with Joey´s pediatrician, Dr. Lorraine Chesek. After the appointment with Chesek, Joey was diagnosed with a sinus infection and sent home with an antibiotic.

"Joey seemed to be responding well to four days´ worth of medication, until his fever returned and was 103 degrees," Shybloski said.

Cluster of Soldier Flu-like Deaths in North Carolina

>> The mysterious death of a third soldier with North Carolina ties is raising questions. All three died from flu-like symptoms after returning from overseas deployments, according to a report by affiliate station WRAL.

Sgt. Clay Garton was a flight medic at Fort Bragg. He spent 16 months in Iraq and returned home in July. Then, he got sick.

His family said he had symptoms like the flu. He fought it for three weeks, but his fever soared to 106 degrees. The day after Christmas, he died.

"They came out in five minutes and said, ´He´s gone,´" said Duane Garton, Clay´s father.

According to a preliminary autopsy report, Garton´s liver and spleen were swollen. His wife said doctors told her he died from infection.

It is the third recent example of soldiers dying after exhibiting flu-like symptoms. Capt. Gilbert Munoz was a special forces soldier at Fort Bragg who was deployed to the Middle East. After he got back, he died from a bacterial infection.

Sgt. Christopher Rogers was a reservist from Raleigh. He went to Afghanistan. After he came home, his temperature hit 109 degrees. <<

The three cases described above are linked more closely by time of death than overseas deployments, which ended months ago. Influenza A can lead to secondary infections that lead to death. A new strain of influenza, California/7/2004(H3N2) has spread across the country. It was originally isolated in Santa Clara, CA, but in the last two reporting periods, all H3N2 isolates were the California strain. Prior to the first week of 2005, all H3N2 isolates for this season were Fujian. Most of the samples came from the east coast of the US.

The rapid spread of the virus across the United States demonstrates its virulence, There have been a number of recent reports of high school and college student deaths from meningitis, another secondary infection of influenza. This month there were three student deaths in Eastern PA. All three were sudden and shocked the community.

The timing of the servicemen´s deaths coincides with the spread of the California strain of H3N2 to the east coast. The flu virus is a likely cause of their mysterious illnesses.

Fort Bragg Special Forces Captain Dies Of Mysterious Infection

FORT BRAGG, N.C. -- Officials say a Special Forces captain died of a bacterial infection last week after he returned to Fort Bragg from a pre-deployment site survey overseas.

Captain Gilbert Munoz was a detachment commander assigned to Third Battalion, Seventh Special Forces Group.

U.S. Army Special Operations Command says Munoz died at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville of systemic organ failure.

Command spokesman Major Rob Gowan says Munoz recently went on a site survey to the U.S. Central Command area of operations. Officials would not say specifically where Munoz went.

The Central Command is running operations in and around Iraq and Afghanistan.

Munoz was admitted to Womack Army Medical Center on February 7 with flu-like symptoms and was transferred to Cape Fear Valley for dialysis treatment Wednesday, the day he died.

The cause of his illness has yet to be determined.

My first response when reading a statement like this is to avoid it, but sometimes the stupidity of some of the Yanks who write these things demands a rebuttal.

First of all, what ´bullshit´? What don´t you agree with? What are your arguments to support your counter position?

Secondly, what exactly does ´don´t feed the fear´ mean? What do you know about human beings and fear? What is the research you´ve done to back up your thesis?

Most ´normal´ people throughout history have valued fear, and many still do...with the exception of many Americans.

So, what is ´fear´?

What do some of the latest studies on fear show us?

What a novel idea? Of course not. Fear is one of the most important atributes of human beings. It´s what protects us, warns us and keeps us alive.

Fear also releases hormones that actually sharpen our minds (thinking) and reflexes.
