I do have stocked up Sambucol, Colloidal Silver, Zinc & Echinacea lozenges, and Vitamin D3 in case of emergency. I find in Canada it is too expensive to take some of these on a daily basis. |

(not the D) I go on rolls with the rest of this stuff, I take it for a week or two at a time and then give it a rest: 400 IU Vitamin E 30 mg Zinc 10,000 IU Vitamin A ?? Chromium Picolinate 200 mcg Selenium 500 mg Silica Sometimes I take the following when it seems like a good idea: Olive leaf extract Elderberry extract Fresh raw garlic Enzyme complex Bromelain Potassium Iodide I probably forgot some stuff. Lately I have been having Emergen-C with my lunch at work too. Also when I cook, I use a lot of herbs and spices freely. I buy them in bulk and am generous with them. I drink green tea sometimes and take apple cider vinegar in water sometimes. I have been stepping up my vitamin C lately and including ascorbic acid powder which I mix with water. |
