I've often wondered how many we actually have in the US each year.
The size and remoteness of our fields does not lend itself to their discovery by those willing to make them public knowledge... What farmer really wants to deal with the attention they would generate? lol I wouldn't.

AC 737981, you and anyone else who doubts the fact that there are crop circles not made by the hand of man should read some of Colin Andrew's work.

He was one of the very first researchers (hired by the British gov.) to look into them and he documented quite a lot of historic evidence... pre-hoaxers, pre-publicity and even a couple that are apparently prehistoric.

Well worth the read unless, of course, you just "knows whats you knows 'n nuff said". ;)
