Fried wontons with shrimp, crab, green onions, sprouts, and celery in a spicy coconut cilantro dipping sauce along with fresh caught coho salmon over rice noodles with a sweet thai chili sauce.

Beer can cornish game hens, sliced, greased and seasoned red potatoes thrown on the grill too. Made a big bowl of pico de gallo to go with some spicy blue corn chips. Oh yeah...and a bunch of beer before and during grilling.

It tastes like a cheap, tough, but flavorful cut of meat, pounded to a pulp, smothered in seasoned flour, fried like chicken, and it tastes delicious when done right.
